Based in the Adelaide Hills, MCC is a privately owned civil construction company with more than two decades of experience across roads, stormwater, concreting, beach works and infrastructure works. Most of our team also lives and works in the region, giving us a strong local presence and community focus.
Founded in 2007 by former Beltrame Civil Director Gianivo Beltrame and his son Tom Beltrame, the business has grown through reputation, referrals and a commitment to doing things the right way. Today, MCC is led by a small team of highly experienced civil professionals who bring a hands-on approach to every project.
We’ve worked with almost every local council in South Australia and are regularly retained on long-term contracts to deliver civil construction projects. With robust systems, local knowledge and a strong safety culture, we’re trusted to deliver efficiently – without compromising on quality.
Our senior team
Tom Beltrame
Director and Site Supervisor
Tom brings more than 20 years of practical experience in civil infrastructure, with particular expertise in concreting, stormwater and road construction. Known for his ‘can-do’ attitude and strong problem-solving skills, Tom leads MCC with a focus on quality, efficiency and getting the job done right. He personally oversees every project on the ground and is committed to producing work that is durable, visually appealing and built to last.
Markus Dunatov
Estimator and Project Manager
Markus is a qualified civil engineer and experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects across metro and regional South Australia. Before joining MCC, he led over 15 major projects at Birubi and held senior roles in local government, including Acting Director of Infrastructure. Known for his calm, hands-on approach, Markus is skilled at managing site operations, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering road, stormwater and drainage projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
