Quality assurance
All our work is delivered under the Civil Contractors Federation Contractor Management System, with strict quality controls, inspection and testing processes, and regular reviews to ensure consistent results.
Safety first
We operate a strong health and safety management system supported by regular training, daily site protocols and compliance with all WHS legislation. Safety comes first - for our team and the wider community.
Environmental responsibility
Our Environmental Management System aligns with the Australian Standard 1400 series and State legislation. We’re also fully licensed for the handling and transport of contaminated soils.
Trained and certified
All team members undergo regular upskilling and training in traffic management, safety supervision, first aid and more - ensuring every project is completed professionally and safely.
Locally committed
We employ local staff wherever possible and work with regional contractors and suppliers to support the local economy. Most of our workforce lives in the Adelaide Hills, and we’re committed to creating long-term employment and training opportunities in the region.
Insured and financially secure
MCC maintains full public liability insurance of up to $20 million and complies with all WorkCover requirements. We’re also able to provide bank guarantees for retention monies as needed under contract terms. With strong asset backing and sound financial management, clients can rely on us to deliver with confidence and accountability.
Project delivery methodology
Our work is guided by a structured, repeatable approach that ensures consistency, safety and high-quality outcomes across every project.
We begin with careful pre-construction planning – including stakeholder communication, site establishment, service locating, surveying and management plans – to ensure everything is in place before work begins.
During construction, we follow proven processes for traffic management, environmental controls, quality assurance and safety, supported by daily toolbox talks, testing and verification.
We maintain clear communication with clients and local stakeholders throughout, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption to the community.
